Beyond Growth was founded in 2024 by Mohammed Towhasir after experiencing first-hand the barriers facing Black and Global Majority-led non-profits. While co-founding a grassroots organisation, he saw the lack of infrastructure, funding access, and tailored support available to community-led initiatives doing vital work.

Driven by this lived experience, Mohammed created Beyond Growth to support other professionals navigating the same challenges. Our mission is to equip organisations with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to grow sustainably and increase their impact.

We exist to bridge the gap—ensuring underrepresented organisations have access to the support they need to thrive, lead, and build lasting legacies in the communities they serve.
